Some would say the weather is too hot this time of year in the desert. But the lack of people easily outweighed the hot day time temps. We started near Palm Springs early Saturday morning and finished in Las Vegas. Sundays itinerary included dirt roads back to Barstow. The total mileage over the two days was around 300 miles of dirt.
